Pascale
Awarded the TOP HUNDRED 2014 by Golosaria as one of Italy's best wines, Pascale is a Merlot of great elegance, featuring an herbaceous and fruity bouquet and a balanced flavor. Its aging in French oak barrels and in the bottle gives it a refined structure, making it ideal to pair with substantial first courses, roasts, and red meats.
Extra brut sparkling wine
Gibilée
This is an Extra Brut Metodo Classico sparkling wine, produced with Chardonnay, white-vinified Merlot, and Pinot Noir. It stands out for its intense straw yellow color and a fruity, soft, and enveloping bouquet. It is perfect as an aperitif, but truly expresses its excellence with shellfish and fish dishes, and also as a dessert wine, full-bodied wine for the entire meal.
Red Wines
Matòcch
A blend of 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon, aged for at least 12 months in 5-hectoliter tonneaux and 12 months in the bottle. It features a ruby red color and an herbal bouquet with notes of red berries, spices, and vanilla. On the palate, it is soft with well-structured tannins and a refreshing finish. Perfect with red meats, roasts, aged cheeses, and cured meats, but also ideal as a meditation wine.

A 100% Merlot, aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, barriques, and tonneaux, followed by a further 24 months of bottle aging. The color is intense ruby red, with a bouquet of blackberry, cherry, and licorice. On the palate, it is soft and enveloping, with thick, evolving tannins. Perfect with red meats, roasts, boiled meats, game, and aged cheeses. Also excellent with porcini mushroom risotto.
Rosè Wines
Nadine
This 100% Merlot Rosé presents a light cherry pink color, with an intense bouquet that blends floral notes of rose and ripe cherry, enriched by undertones of rosemary and thyme. The sip is enveloping and velvety, with sweet notes of cotton candy and raspberry. The finish is round, sapid, and fresh. Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs with fatty fish dishes and fresh or soft cheeses.

A blend of Merlot and Galotta, aged in French oak barrels for 12 months and a further 24 months in the bottle. The color is intense ruby red with violet notes, while the bouquet is fruity and spicy, with hints of red berries, black pepper, and blackberries. Perfect with red meats, game, roasts, and also with structured or spicy white meats. Also excellent with aged cheeses and cured meats.

Tenore
This Chardonnay stands out for its golden yellow color and fruity bouquet, enriched by vanilla notes. On the palate, it offers an intense, dry, and velvety flavor, with a pleasant persistence. Suitable throughout the meal, it excels with shellfish and fish dishes, but also pairs well with white meat preparations.
Red Wines
Botte 13
A Merlot with an intense ruby red color and violet hues. On the nose, it reveals itself to be complex and enveloping, with aromas of ripe fruit, cherry, tamarind, licorice, and accents of cocoa and black pepper. On the palate, it is structured with firm tannins. Perfect with red meats, roasts, braised meats, and aged cheeses. Also ideal as a meditation wine.
