Training System: Guyot (with a 200cm row width and 80cm plant spacing)
Vinification: The grapes, after gentle destemming, are left at 0/5°C for several days for cold soaking (or cryomaceration). Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks with maceration for at least 20 days at a controlled temperature of 25/27°C.
