Founded in 2001, Cascina Ronchetto is a family-run winery, located in Morazzone, in the heart of the Varese province. Nestled among rolling green hills, lush woods, and rows of vines, this territory boasts an ancient vocation for viticulture—a centuries-old tradition that had been abandoned over time. With passion and dedication, Fabio brought this heritage back to life, restoring to these lands their authentic wine identity.
Guided by his vision, Cascina Ronchetto is committed to rediscovering and enhancing local agricultural traditions, meticulously cultivating grape varieties that belong to the history of this region. Since 2005, we have primarily focused on Merlot and Chardonnay, with which we produce white, red, rosé, and sparkling wines, following an approach that respects the environment and local agricultural culture.
Today, the total vineyard area reaches 5.5 hectares, and our annual production is up to 20,000 bottles. Our vineyards are completely grassed and managed using natural and mechanical techniques, without the use of chemical herbicides. The vine care relies exclusively on copper and sulfur, substances permitted in organic farming, while the plants are trained according to the simple or double Guyot system, with pruning performed using the Simonit & Sirch method.

In the cellar, technological innovation goes hand-in-hand with respect for oenological tradition. We use temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to optimize fermentation and French oak barrels to age our wines, combining craftsmanship and technical precision.

In 2015, our winery was expanded and renovated, with the addition of an event hall that can accommodate up to 70 people, located just a few steps from the vineyards. Here, visitors can immerse themselves in our world, taking part in tastings that reflect the authenticity of the territory and living a genuine experience in a unique setting.
