Tenore
This Chardonnay stands out for its golden yellow color and fruity bouquet, enriched by vanilla notes. On the palate, it offers an intense, dry, and velvety flavor, with a pleasant persistence. Suitable throughout the meal, it excels with shellfish and fish dishes, but also pairs well with white meat preparations.

- Aging: 20 days in stainless steel on the fine lees, then in French oak tonneau and barriques for 12 months, plus a further minimum of 6 months in the bottle
- Harvest: Manual harvest in 25kg crates
Training System: Guyot (with a 200cm row width and 80cm plant spacing)
Vinification: Fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15°C for 30-35 days with oxidation-reduction.
