A blend of 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon, aged for at least 12 months in 5-hectoliter tonneaux and 12 months in the bottle. It features a ruby red color and an herbal bouquet with notes of red berries, spices, and vanilla. On the palate, it is soft with well-structured tannins and a refreshing finish. Perfect with red meats, roasts, aged cheeses, and cured meats, but also ideal as a meditation wine.

Training System: Guyot 200cm row width and 80cm plant spacing
Vinification: Classic vinification in stainless steel. The grapes, after gentle destemming, are left at 0/5°C for several days for cold soaking. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks with maceration for at least 20 days at a controlled temperature.

Organoleptic Characteristics
  • Ruby Red Color.

  • Herbal aroma with notes of red fruits and spices, with strongly pronounced vanilla notes.

  • Soft flavor with thick and well-structured tannins, long and refreshing on the palate.

 Analytical Data: Alcohol 12.5% vol. Total acidity 5.40 g/l, sulfur dioxide 42 mg/l, potassium metabisulfite E224, vitamin C, gum arabic.
