Training System: Guyot 200cm row width and 80cm plant spacing
Vinification: Classic vinification in stainless steel. The grapes, after gentle destemming, are left at 0/5°C for several days for cold soaking. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks with maceration for at least 20 days at a controlled temperature.

Organoleptic Characteristics
  • Ruby Red Color.

  • Herbal aroma with notes of red fruits and spices, with strongly pronounced vanilla notes.

  • Soft flavor with thick and well-structured tannins, long and refreshing on the palate.
