Summer is getting closer, the days are getting longer, and it’s time once again for outdoor toasts, shared moments, and evenings spent enjoying a good glass of wine with friends.
To celebrate all of this, on Sunday, June 14th, Cantina Aperta returns to Cascina Ronchettowith an event dedicated to our sparkling wines and the convivial spirit of the summer season.
Gibilée or Moré?
The stars of the day will be a special tasting experience featuring our two classic method sparkling wines: Gibilée and Morè.
Two authentic sparkling wines, elegant and deeply connected to our winemaking philosophy, yet each with its own unique personality.
The idea is simple: taste both sparkling wines, follow your own palate, and choose the one that best represents your summer. Some people love the freshness of a sunset toast, others the elegance of sparkling wine during an outdoor dinner, while others enjoy glasses shared during a summer party.
Cantina Aperta aims to bring back exactly these feelings: togetherness, warm evenings, light-hearted moments, and the convivial atmosphere that makes summer so special.

During the event, guests will also have the opportunity to:
- visit the winery
- taste all the other Cascina Ronchetto wines
- purchase wines directly from our shop
For the occasion will also return our white wine Tenore vintage 2024 and the rosè wine Nadine vintage 2025
