On Sunday March 1, 2026, Cascina Ronchetto opens the doors of its winery for a new Cantina Apertaday —an event designed for those who love wine, the land, and authentic experiences.
During the event, visitors will be able to tour the winery, learn up close about the production process of our wines, and taste a selection of our labels. A perfect opportunity to truly understand how a wine is made, from vineyard to glass, guided by the people who craft it every day.

Cantina Aperta is also the ideal moment to taste Cascina Ronchetto’s wines at your leisure and choose the ones that have won you over.

Presentation of the new Morè sparkling wine
During the event, Morè, Cascina Ronchetto’s new traditional method sparkling wine, will also be presented.
A vintage Chardonnay born from long and dedicated work in the vineyard and in the cellar, created for those who seek elegant, dry bubbles with a strong identity.
Open Winery will be the perfect opportunity to taste it, discover its story, and learn how it is made directly from its creator.

The event is free of charge and will take place in two time slots:
from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm
from 02:30 pm to 05:30 pm
