Founded in 2001, Cascina Ronchetto is a family-run winery, located in Morazzone, in the heart of the Varese province. Nestled among rolling green hills, lush woods, and rows of vines, this territory boasts an ancient vocation for viticulture\u2014a centuries-old tradition that had been abandoned over time. With passion and dedication, Fabio brought this heritage back to life, restoring to these lands their authentic wine identity.<\/p>

Guided by his vision, Cascina Ronchetto is committed to rediscovering and enhancing local agricultural traditions, meticulously cultivating grape varieties that belong to the history of this region. Since 2005, we have primarily focused on Merlot and Chardonnay, with which we produce white, red, ros\u00e9, and sparkling wines, following an approach that respects the environment and local agricultural culture.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Oggi la superficie vitata raggiunge i 5,5 ettari, e la nostra produzione annua arriva fino a 20.000 bottiglie. I nostri vigneti sono completamente inerbiti e vengono gestiti con tecniche naturali e meccaniche, senza l’uso di diserbanti chimici. La cura delle viti si avvale esclusivamente di rame e zolfo, sostanze permesse nell\u2019agricoltura biologica, mentre le piante sono coltivate secondo il sistema a guyot semplice o doppio, con la potatura eseguita secondo il metodo Simonit & Sirch.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
